Ah Kool & the Gang! That was right around the time we left Arrowwood and the only R&B outlet after was Soul Train and WJLB. I wish I could see one of those "Strong Songs" commercials.
Oh man The Best of Soul Train was awesome this week. Al Wilson in a lavender leisure suit with lapels big enough to make a hat from, The Natural Four with 3 out of 4 sporting highly processed "conks" for hairdos, and Kool & The Gang just after "Wild & Peaceful" came out. They did "Can't Get Enough (of that funky stuff)", "Hollywood Swingin" and "Jungle Boogie". Pure Awesome.
I think all I want to say here is that these words and pictures are really real, and I made them. I get about the whole international creative property laws and issues stuff, and it's the net, and blah blah blah but I'd rather you sent cool people here, than post my stuff anywhere.
