Sunday Morning Subtle But Obvious Organized Self Abuse Swim Club

I have a lot of memories, I seem to not be able to shut up the monkey mind, I over analyze. I now get to do all that while learning to type.

AM Earworm - I’m Tired - Lily Von Shtup

They’re quoting Byron, and Shelley

At that point in the DVD comentary of Blazing Saddles, Mel just stops talking and doesn't start again.
Like he's seen her number and now he can go home.
Fair enough.

Gosh, I forgot that tidbit from Blazing Saddles. Nice work, Stella and Nigel!

By the by, at Matt's blog, he's deep into HP Lovecraft right now (YES!!)(the John Carpenter/Steven King version, of course). www.cinesuck.blogspot.com
Call me silly, but I take such a post as a backhanded subtle affirmation of the past 20 years of parenthood. Maybe some of the right stuff got communicated along the way.

"Something goes wrong, I'm the first to admit it, first to admit it, and the last one to know...Something goes right, well, it's likely to amuse me, apt to confuse me, cuz it's such an unusual sight, ohh. Can't get used to something so right."
Thank you once again, Paul Simon.
cheers

Well it's pretty much the highlight of the movie for me too, so I can see why Mel would feel similarly.

Thanks for reminding me of the URL for filmkid I kept trying to remember and couldn't and kept meaning to ask and forgetting!

I'm still undecided about that Paul Simon CD, it's just so un-Paulsimonlike. I don't know what to think. It's so not popsongs and he is a popsong master.
